About Wi-Fi Function

  • How Wi-Fi works/What is sleep mode?

    Wifi function will enter sleep mode once unplugged from power.Under sleep mode, you cannot make new changes via WiFi. If feeding plans are preset on your phone, the WiFi will be activated automatically 2 mins before and after of preset feeding plan.

  • Can't connect the feeder to Wi-Fi？

    1.Make sure the feeder is connected to the power when for the first connection.

    2.Make sure you're connecting to your 2.4 GHz wifi instead of the 5 GHz. Remember to select 2.4GHz if you do a modem/router reset.

  • How long does a full charge take and last to work？

    A full charge takes 6-8 hours and it would last to work for 6-7 days for unplug use.

  • Does the feeder work when unplug the adapter/Wi-Fi disconnect accidentally? (Please plug the adapter for long-term use.)

    Yes, the feeder will work as the preset feeding plan, but you cannot make any changes via WiFi because it is under sleep mode when you unplug the adapter.

    *The WiFi will turn on 2 mins before and after start time of feeding plan when in unplug use.

  • Battery Red Light Instruction

    Red light off: Charging; Red light on: unplug use and wifi function disabled; Red light flashes: low battery.

    *The red light stays on indicates the feeder in unplugged use and in sleep mode rather than in low battery status.

  • WiFi App Control: Use the smart control app to feed your pets anytime, anywhere. Schedule up to 6 meals a day or customize it for 2 meals a day for 3 days, or 1 meal a day for up to 6 days. Track feeding records and share the device with multiple accounts (2.4GHz network only).
  • Easy Activation: Plug in the power cord to activate WiFi and use the app. The feeder has a rechargeable battery for backup power during outages or when unplugged, offering up to one week of standby time.
  • Keep It Cool and Fresh - Includes 2 ice packs that keep food cold for 6-8 hours (Affected by freezing time and the ambient temperature, we suggest 8h freezing time and 20℃ ambient temperature), ensuring freshness throughout the day. For additional cooling time, search IP-FD-C01-I2 to add spare ice packs. Tip: For even longer freshness, try freezing the food before placing it in the feeder.
  • Easy Cleaning: Made of food-grade, BPA-free ABS material with 6 compartments, each holding ½ lb. of food for your pet's health and well-being.
  • Healthy Eating: Divide meals into smaller portions with this smart pet feeder, ideal for fast eaters. Promotes weight management and healthier eating habits for your furry friends.
  • Power Cord Usage: Simply plug the power cord into an outlet to use the feeder and activate the WiFi function. When unplugged, the screen will turn off.
  • Note: Do NOT put the casing and the food tray into the dishwasher.
